3c6dfa618a MEDIUM: log/balance: leverage lbprm api for log load-balancing
log load-balancing implementation was not seamlessly integrated within
lbprm API. The consequence is that it could become harder to maintain
over time since it added some specific cases just for the log backend.
Moreover, it resulted in some code duplication since balance algorithms
that are common to logs and regular (tcp, http) backends were specifically
rewritten for log backends.

Thanks to the previous commit, we now have all the prerequisites to make
log load-balancing fully leverage lbprm logic. Thus in this patch we make
__do_send_log_backend() use existing lbprm algorithms, and we no longer
require log-specific lbprm initialization in cfgparse.c and in
postcheck_log_backend().

As a bonus, for log backends this allows weighed algorithms to properly
support weights (ie: roundrobin, random and log-hash) since we now
leverage the same lb algorithms that we use for tcp/http backends
(doc was updated).

9aea6df81f MINOR: lbprm: implement true "sticky" balance algo
As previously mentioned in cd352c0db ("MINOR: log/balance: rename
"log-sticky" to "sticky""), let's define a sticky algorithm that may be
used from any protocol. Sticky algorithm sticks on the same server as
long as it remains available.

The documentation was updated accordingly.

b61147fd2a MEDIUM: log/balance: merge tcp/http algo with log ones
"log-balance" directive was recently introduced to configure the
balancing algorithm to use when in a log backend. However, it is
confusing and it causes issues when used in default section.

In this patch, we take another approach: first we remove the
"log-balance" directive, and instead we rely on existing "balance"
directive to configure log load balancing in log backend.

Some algorithms such as roundrobin can be used as-is in a log backend,
and for log-only algorithms, they are implemented as "log-$name" inside
the "backend" directive.

The documentation was updated accordingly.

f42dfaa214 MEDIUM: lbprm: store algo params on 32bits
Make sure lbprm.algo can store 32bits by declaring it as uint32_t

Then, use all 32 available bits to offer 4 extra bits for the BE_LB_NEED
inputs. This will allow new required inputs to be easily added (up to 4
new ones, plus one that wasn't used yet if we keep them exclusive)

This required some cleanup: all ALGO bitfields were rewritten in the
32bits format and the high ones were shifted to make room for the
new BE_LB_NEED bits.

a327b80f1f CLEANUP: backend: removing unused LB param
BE_LB_HASH_RND was introduced with 760e81d35 ("MINOR: backend: implement
random-based load balancing") but was never used since. Removing it
to regain an extra slot for future types.

a7563158f7 MINOR: lbprm: support for the "none" hash-type function
Allow the use of the "none" hash-type function so that the key resulting
from the sample expression is directly used as the hash.

This can be useful to do the hashing manually using available hashing
converters, or even custom ones, and then inform haproxy that it can
directly rely on the sample expression result which is explictly handled
as an integer in this case.

9a74a6cb17 MAJOR: log: introduce log backends
Using "mode log" in a backend section turns the proxy in a log backend
which can be used to log-balance logs between multiple log targets
(udp or tcp servers)

log backends can be used as regular log targets using the log directive
with "backend@be_name" prefix, like so:

  | log backend@mybackend local0

A log backend will distribute log messages to servers according to the
log load-balancing algorithm that can be set using the "log-balance"
option from the log backend section. For now, only the roundrobin
algorithm is supported and set by default.

7c9a0fe2a6 MEDIUM: backend: add new "balance hash <expr>" algorithm
Almost all of our hash-based LB algorithms are implemented as special
cases of something that can now be achieved using sample expressions,
and some of them have adopted some options to adapt their behavior in
ways that could also be achieved using converters.

There are users who want to hash other parameters that are combined
into variables, and who set headers from these values and use
"balance hdr(name)" for this.

Instead of constantly implementing specific options and having users
hack around when they want a real hash, let's implement a native hash
mode that applies to a standard sample expression. This way, any
fetchable element (including variables) may be used to construct the
hash, even modified by any converter if desired.

5941ef0a6c MINOR: lb/api: remove the locked argument from take_conn/drop_conn
This essentially reverts commit 2b4370078 ("MINOR: lb/api: let callers
of take_conn/drop_conn tell if they have the lock") that was merged
during 2.4 before the various locks could be eliminated at the lower
layers. Passing that information complicates the cleanup of the queuing
code and it's become useless.

59b0fecfd9 MINOR: lb/api: let callers of take_conn/drop_conn tell if they have the lock
The two algos defining these functions (first and leastconn) do not need the
server's lock. However it's already present in pendconn_process_next_strm()
so the API must be updated so that the functions may take it if needed and
that the callers indicate whether they already own it.

As such, the call places (backend.c and stream.c) now do not take it
anymore, queue.c was unchanged since it's already held, and both "first"
and "leastconn" were updated to take it if not already held.

A quick test on the "first" algo showed a jump from 432 to 565k rps by
just dropping the lock in stream.c!

bd71510024 MINOR: stats: report server's user-configured weight next to effective weight
The "weight" column on the stats page is somewhat confusing when using
slowstart becaue it reports the effective weight, without being really
explicit about it. In some situations the user-configured weight is more
relevant (especially with long slowstarts where it's important to know
if the configured weight is correct).

This adds a new uweight stat which reports a server's user-configured
weight, and in a backend it receives the sum of all servers' uweights.
In addition it adds the mention of "effective" in a few descriptions
for the "weight" column (help and doc).

As a result, the list of servers in a backend is now always scanned
when dumping the stats. But this is not a problem given that these
servers are already scanned anyway and for way heavier processing.

cd10def825 MINOR: backend: replace the lbprm lock with an rwlock
It was previously a spinlock, and it happens that a number of LB algos
only lock it for lookups, without performing any modification. Let's
first turn it to an rwlock and w-lock it everywhere. This is strictly
identical.

It was carefully checked that every HA_SPIN_LOCK() was turned to
HA_RWLOCK_WRLOCK() and that HA_SPIN_UNLOCK() was turned to
HA_RWLOCK_WRUNLOCK() on this lock. _INIT and _DESTROY were updated too.

b2551057af CLEANUP: include: tree-wide alphabetical sort of include files
This patch fixes all the leftovers from the include cleanup campaign. There
were not that many (~400 entries in ~150 files) but it was definitely worth
doing it as it revealed a few duplicates.

1e56f92693 REORG: include: move server.h to haproxy/server{,-t}.h
extern struct dict server_name_dict was moved from the type file to the
main file. A handful of inlined functions were moved at the bottom of
the file. Call places were updated to use server-t.h when relevant, or
to simply drop the entry when not needed.

4980160ecc REORG: include: move backend.h to haproxy/backend{,-t}.h
The files remained mostly unchanged since they were OK. However, half of
the users didn't need to include them, and about as many actually needed
to have it and used to find functions like srv_currently_usable() through
a long chain that broke when moving the file.
