859341c1ec MINOR: activity/memprofile: offer a function to unregister stale info
There's actually a problem with memprofiles: the pool pointer is stored
in ->info but some pools are replaced during startup, such as the trash
pool, leaving a dangling pointer there.

Let's complete the API with a new function memprof_remove_stale_info()
that will remove all stale references to this info pointer. It's also
present when USE_MEMORY_PROFILING is not set so as to ease the job on
callers.

3d4cdb198c MEDIUM: tasks/activity: combine the called function with the caller
Now instead of getting aggregate stats per called function, we have
them per function AND per call place. The "byaddr" sort considers
the function pointer first, then the call count, so that dominant
callers of a given callee are instantly spotted. This allows to get
sorted outputs like this:

Tasks activity:

It already becomes visible that some tasks have different very costs
depending where they're called (e.g. process_stream). The method used
to wake them up is also shown. Applets are handled specially and shown
as appctx_wakeup.

This removes all the hard-coded 8-bit and 256 entries to use a pair of

Instead of fiddling with before_poll and after_poll in

clock_entering_poll() which passes it the number of microseconds
spent working. This allows to remove all calls to
activity_count_runtime() from the pollers.

a26be37e20 REORG: acitvity: uninline sched_activity_entry()
This one is expensive in code size because it comes with xxhash.h at a
low level of dependency that's inherited at plenty of places, and for
a function does doesn't benefit from inlining and could possibly even
benefit from not being inline given that it's large and called from the
scheduler.

Moving it to activity.c reduces the LoC by 1.2% and the binary size by
~1kB.

e0650224b8 REORG: activity: uninline activity_count_runtime()
This function has no reason for being inlined, it's called from non
critical places (once in pollers), is quite large and comes with
dependencies (time and freq_ctr). Let's move it to acitvity.c. That's
another 0.4% less LoC to build.

1cdb531ec8 REORG: sched: move the stolen CPU time detection to sched_entering_poll()
That's where that code initially was but it had been moved to
activity_count_runtime() for pure reasons of dependency loops. These
ones are no longer true so we can move that code back to the scheduler
and keep it where the information are updated and checked.

d5fc8fcb86 CLEANUP: Add haproxy/xxhash.h to avoid modifying import/xxhash.h
This solves setting XXH_INLINE_ALL in a cleaner way, because the imported
header is not modified, easing future updates.

3fb6a7b46e MINOR: activity: declare a new structure to collect per-function activity
The new sched_activity structure will be used to collect task-level
activity based on the target function. The principle is to declare a
large enough array to make collisions rare (256 entries), and hash
the function pointer using a reduced XXH to decide where to store the
stats. On first computation an entry is definitely assigned to the
array and it's done atomically. A special entry (0) is used to store
collisions ("others"). The goal is to make it easy and inexpensive for
the scheduler code to use these to store #calls, cpu_time and lat_time
for each task.

aa622b822b MINOR: activity: make profiling more manageable
In 2.0, commit d2d3348ac ("MINOR: activity: enable automatic profiling
turn on/off") introduced an automatic mode to enable/disable profiling.
The problem is that the automatic mode automatically changes to on/off,
which implied that the forced on/off modes aren't sticky anymore. It's
annoying when debugging because as soon as the load decreases, profiling
stops.

This makes a small change which ought to have been done first, which
consists in having two states for "auto" (auto-on, auto-off) to
distinguish them from the forced states. Setting to "auto" in the config
defaults to "auto-off" as before, and setting it on the CLI switches to
auto but keeps the current operating state.

This is simple enough to be backported to older releases if needed.

b2551057af CLEANUP: include: tree-wide alphabetical sort of include files
This patch fixes all the leftovers from the include cleanup campaign. There
were not that many (~400 entries in ~150 files) but it was definitely worth
doing it as it revealed a few duplicates.

a04ded58dc REORG: include: move activity to haproxy/
This moves types/activity.h to haproxy/activity-t.h and
proto/activity.h to haproxy/activity.h.

The macros defining the bit field values for the profiling variable
were moved to the type file to be more future-proof.
