747a812066 MEDIUM: stats: add persistent state to typed output format
Add a fourth character to the second column of the "typed output format"
to indicate whether the value results from a volatile or persistent metric
('V' or 'P' characters respectively). A persistent metric means the value
could possibily be preserved across reloads by leveraging a shared memory
between multiple co-processes. Such metrics are identified as "shared" in
the code (since they are possibly shared between multiple co-processes)

Some reg-tests were updated to take that change into account, also, some
outputs in the configuration manual were updated to reflect current
behavior.

48d5ef363d REGTESTS: restrict execution to a single thread group
When threads are enabled and running on a machine with multiple CCX
or multiple nodes, thread groups are now enabled since 3.3-dev2, causing
load-balancing algorithms to randomly fail due to incoming connections
spreading over multiple groups and using different load balancing indexes.

Let's just force "thread-groups 1" into all configs when threads are
enabled to avoid this.

6f746af915 REGTESTS: use -dW by default on every reg-tests
Every reg-test now runs without any warning, so let's acivate -dW by
default so the new ones will inheritate the option.

This patch reverts 9d511b3c ("REGTESTS: enable -dW on almost all tests
to fail on warnings") and adds -dW in the default HAPROXY_ARGS of
scripts/run-regtests.sh instead.

9d511b3c27 REGTESTS: enable -dW on almost all tests to fail on warnings
Now that warnings were almost all removed, let's enable zero-warning
via -dW. All tests were adjusted, but two:

  - mcli/mcli_start_progs.vtc:
the programs section currently cannot be silenced

  - stats/stats-file.vtc:
the warning comes from the stats file itself on comment lines.

All other ones are now OK.

8b89fe3d8f MINOR: stconn: Temporarily remove kernel splicing support
mux-to-mux fast-forwarding will be added. To avoid mix with the splicing and
simplify the commits, the kernel splicing support is removed from the
stconn. CF_KERN_SPLICING flag is removed and the support is no longer tested
in process_stream().

In the stconn part, rcv_pipe() callback function is no longer called.

Reg-tests scripts testing the kernel splicing are temporarly marked as
broken.

2efc9e0fb4 REGTESTS: Test SPLICE feature is enabled to execute script about splicing
There are 3 scripts relying on the splicing. We must take care the feature
is not explicitly disabled to execute them.

848878c215 REGTESTS: Skip http_splicing.vtc script if fast-forward is disabled
If "-dF" command line argument is passed to haproxy to execute the script,
by sepcifying HAPROXY_ARGS variable, http_splicing.vtc is now skipped.
Without this patch, the script fails when the fast-forward is disabled.

91fe0bc77a REGTESTS: Remove unsupported feature command in http_splicing.vtc
A feature command was added to detect if infinite forward is disabled to be
able to skip the script. Unfortunately, it is no supported to evaluate such
expression. Thus remove it. For now, reg-tests must not be executed with
"-dF" option.

678a4ced70 MINOR: haproxy: Add an command option to disable data fast-forward
The -dF option can now be used to disable data fast-forward. It does the
same than the global option "tune.fast-forward off". Some reg-tests may rely
on this optim. To detect the feature and skip such script, the following
vtest command must be used:

  feature cmd "$HAPROXY_PROGRAM -cc '!(globa.tune & GTUNE_NO_FAST_FWD)'"

This script is used to validate the spliciing is properly working for the H1
multiplexer. It relies on the H1 mux stats.
