Simon Que d9d4bbef96 Add xset-1.2.1-r1 ...

BUG=chrome-os-partner:3118
TEST=emerge and make sure xset-1.2.1-r1 is built.  Do 'ldd xset' on the
built executable and make sure it does not have dependency on fontcache.
