David James c801b10af3 Actually rm -rf /does/not instead to fix metrics unit tests. ... Metrics unit tests fail if /does/not directory is present, so we need to clean this up as a followup to a build_packages fix that stopped creating that directory. BUG=none TEST=Metrics unit tests actually work now.
