Benjamin Gilbert 66bc5da401 profiles/amd64: only ship microcode currently distributed by Intel 
Absent an NDA, that's the only way to know whether a certain microcode
version for a recent CPU is still recommended for production.  See
https://bugs.gentoo.org/654638#c11 (by the iucode-tool maintainer).
