David Michael 6277a5ff8b net-misc/openssh: Apply CoreOS changes 
These changes were applied to the ebuild and files:

  - Drop the bindist USE flag.
  - Drop the init.d files.
  - Remove the socket unit's rate limiting.
  - Restore the oslogin README.
