Mandeep Singh Baines	c7dc24c89e	loman: work with new gerrit workflow ... Fix to handle new repository naming. Instead name="kernel", the kernel is now name="chromiumos/third_party/kernel". BUG=15076 TEST=Ran unittests and verified that local_manifest.xml got created correctly when working on the kernel for the first time.
