2379713951 app-misc/ca-certificates: Account for certs missing newlines 
Concatenating certificates missing newlines naively with cat results in broken
bundle. Fix the issue by using a sed expression that appends a trailing newline
after the lastline if it is missing.

Issue: flatcar/flatcar#1601

Disable CONFIG_NFS_V4_2_READ_PLUS kernel config, as
Linux kernel >= 6.6 enabled the CONFIG_NFS_V4_2_READ_PLUS config option
by default, and nfs-ganesha version <= 6.1 is broken due to mishandling
of the read_plus operation.

c942cf6109 board-packages: add hyperv hv-daemons 
This change adds the Azure and HyperV OEM "hv-daemons" to board-packages
so build_packages.sh will actually build these. This un-breaks a build
issue with the Azure and HyperV images.

46ff8b1d7e oem-azure: add hyperv daemons 
This change adds hyperv daemons hv_fcopy, hv_kvp, and hv_vss to the
Azure OEM sysext. hv_kvp specifically is needed to submit OS version
information to the Azure hypervisor.

The daemons, tough userspace programs, are built from the kernel sources
as they are included in the Linux kernel.
