83c4cdcf44 build_library: Shrink the sysext-python image by removing python tests 
Do the same thing we did for GCE and Azure.

64c9ed5820 sysext: Add python sysext 
Minimal sysext containing dev-lang/python and dev-python/pip.
Enabled ensurepip for python and added required packages from Gentoo.
