profiles: Clean up berkdb USE flags

Browse Source 
Disabling it per-package is a no-op since we disable berkdb globally
through the make.defaults file.

Also drop redundant enabling of berkdb in sys-libs/gdbm in target
profile, because we already do it in the base profile.
