Upgraded the gentoo-syntax, vim-core Portage packages

Upgraded app-editors/vim-core to version 7.3.266 on amd64, arm, x86
Upgraded app-vim/gentoo-syntax to version 20101212 on amd64, arm, x86

BUG=chromium-os:21547
TEST=trybot chromiumos-sdk
Also open ebuild file using vi in chroot.
