https://github.com/curl/curl/commit/d16ccbd55de80c271fe822f4ba8b6271fd9166ff
From: Stefan Eissing <stefan@eissing.org>
Date: Wed, 28 May 2025 14:04:31 +0200
Subject: [PATCH] multi: fix add_handle resizing
Due to someone being stupid, the resizing of the multi's transfer
table was actually shrinking it. Oh my.
Add test751 to reproduce, add code assertion.
Fixes #17473
Reported-by: Jeroen Ooms
Closes #17475
