sys-fs/xfsprogs: Fix cross compile build error
Add configure fixes for cross compile errors. Bump revision from xfsprogs-3.2.2.ebuild to xfsprogs-3.2.2-r1.ebuild. Signed-off-by: Geoff Levand <geoff@infradead.org>
