1a721ac5ce Add --infoblox-max-results setting 
The number of objects returned by the infoblox api is limited to 1000 objects
(see https://ipam.illinois.edu/wapidoc). If there are more then 1000 objects
the API returns an error. By setting max-results one can raise the limit.

Remove superfluous trailing period from hostname 
Tutorial specifies version >0.4 which also removed the requirement for a trailing period.  New users could misunderstand the trailing dot as a significant syntax.  Removing the dot simplifies the configuration of the annotation.
