New Room List: Move tests that are in the wrong location (#29584) 
* Move test to room-list-filter-sort.spec.ts

This test should reside with all the other filter related tests.

* Move sorting tests out of filter describe block

These two tests somehow ended up in the wrong block!

* Fix lint
