c53cddf38c TSIG overhauled 
This lead to some changes in the Write() function. Both
server side and client side are now more similar.

remove len(strings) from the code. 16% increase

ecfd5451a9 Remove the Labels() function. 
This is now handled inside IsDomainName, which really parses
the name and then (also) returns the number of labels found.

b417c42bc2 Fix handling of dnames 
Add support for escaped dots. Only thing to fix is the
fqdn-ness of user defined names.

66ea81043c Implement fully featured nameserver. 
Currently:
    * does positive DNSSEC (no NXDOMAIN)
    * does plain NXDOMAIN
    * Name error
    * reasonable fast: 7000+ qps

4671072027 Error handling 
Handle semantic errors in the input stream.
Try to use Ragel's error handling when seeing a non-supported
class. This does not work yet.
