ColorfulRhino cc59d8af9e extensions: Add "Extension: ${EXTENSION}: " prefix to some extension logs 
Establish some consistency with extension logging. Some extensions use another format:
display_alert "message" "${EXTENSION}" "info"

These were *not* adapted to this new schema.
