Yidi Lin 8a998b5aca fix(mt8186-emi-mpu): fix SCP permission ... Hardware video decoding is not working after enabling EMI MPU protection for SCP. According to coreboot DEVAPC setting, SCP belongs to domain 4 instead of domain 3. So correct the permission setting. BUG=b:249954378 TEST=play video and see codec irq count is incrementing.
