Soby Mathew 32c79c4295 Dynamic_config: remove the FVP dtb files ...

Since FVP enables dynamic configuration by default, the DT blobs are
compiled from source and included in FIP during build. Hence this
patch removes the dtb files from the `fdts` folder.
