Dominique Martinet 3d07ca5b68 main/libidn2: fix license to use 'OR' 
According to the libidn2 README, "The installed C library libidn2 is
dual-licensed under LGPLv3+|GPLv2+", so this is LGPL-3+ OR GPL-2+

(There are other packages which use AND, where the package contains
files licensed under one license and other files in the other license;
this is not the case here where the main package provides a single file)
