Subject: [PATCH] Replace obsolescent `%hs` printf specifier

* `%hs` is not defined by C:
  https://wiki.sei.cmu.edu/confluence/display/c/FIO47-C.+Use+valid+format+strings
* Fixes translations for gettext 0.22
