Natanael Copa 9232a02749 main/boost1.84: avoid depends leaking in to subpackages ...

The main package depends on boost*-libs. We don't want this dependency
to leak into every single subpackage, which would result in circular
dep:

boost-libs -> boost-atomic -> boost-libs

fixes commit 33bcec9e7b43 (main/boost1.84: upgrade to 1.84.0)
