Marian Buschsieweke e76d26d3bb community/libcamera: add libcamera-dbg and fix segfault ...

Add a patch that fixes a segfault on rudimentary V4L2 drivers such as
for the K20 WebCam that supports not even a single item in the
"Exposure Auto" menu - something the libcamera devs apparently didn't
anticipate.
