omni 2dff03600e testing/sydbox: upgrade to 3.48.4 ...

- add new core utility syd-tsc
- align patches
- remove no longer needed patch
- default malloc is used for 32bit architectures
- build with thin LTO to avoid OOM issues, mainly on aarch64 & x86_64
