Celeste dfbd8cbe3d main/vim: improve 
- move "noarch" and "!tracedeps" into the global scope

  - run `default_prepare` to apply patches before copying $builddir

  - factor out {g,}vim shared configure options to a _build() function
    and enable wayland support only for gvim and not vim.
