mdevd doesn't document its configuration format. Instead, it refers readers to the mdev documentation. Someone wanting to read the documentation for mdevd needs to refer to the mdev documentation. Mark busybox-doc as a dependency of mdevd-doc. See: 7a047654dedb94e5e3a52145670be949b719bcaf
