Breno Leitao 9be9186999 testing/crda: Fix build dependency ...

crda depends on python but does not have the dependency clearly
required. Causing the following error:

 env: can't execute 'python': No such file or directory
 make: *** [Makefile:115: keys-gcrypt.c] Error 127

Fixing the dependency chain.
