Przemyslaw Pawelczyk f8d86893fe main/irssi: Upgrade to 1.0.0. Modernize APKBUILD. Change maintainer. 
Old alleged maintainer (Kiyoshi Aman) has no trace of any activity in
aports repo since 2011.  Natanael Copa is the most active contributor,
so hopefully he's not against becoming maintainer of another package.
