Natanael Copa 9c68b359c3 main/libxml2: enable --with-legacy for ABI compat 
Upstream dropped some symbols and broke ABI without bumping version in
SONAME. The --with-legacy was also added so distros could keep ABI
compat. Lets use that til they bump SO version.
