Sören Tempel 4b831f27dc testing/systemc: only build on x86 and x86_64 
All other architectures (ppc64le, armhf and aarch64) fail during
configure with the following message:

	configure: error: "sorry...architecture not supported"

Meaning: Upstream doesn't support them.
