Breno Leitao 72cfe7bdda community/py-opencl: Do not build on ppc64le 
Currently py-opencl breaks hard on ppc64le and the patch does not
seem trivial. I don't think that OpenCL was ever ported to ppc64le.

Skipping this package at this moment.
