Breno Leitao 58dbda1817 testing/steghide: Disabling on ppc64le ...

Package failing to build on ppc64le on the autoreconf phase. This is the
log:

 Makefile.am: error: required file './NEWS' not found
 Makefile.am: error: required file './AUTHORS' not found
 Makefile.am: error: required file './ChangeLog' not found
 automake: warning: autoconf input should be named 'configure.ac', not 'configure.in'
 parallel-tests: installing './test-driver'
 autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1

Disabling this package on ppc64le for now.
