The broken proctitle test (which was introduced with 0.11.4) was fixed in 0.11.5. Unfortunately, the fpurge test (which was already broken prior to 0.11.4) was not fixed as it still relies on FILE to be a complete type (which is not compliant with post-C11 standards).
