psykose cc0e806339 main/ccache: remove CHOST-cpp link ...

there isn't a CHOST-cpp binary shipped with gcc itself- just `cpp`. this
confuses some configure scripts as they test for CHOST-cpp, and find it
via this symlink to ccache, but it does not actually exist on the
filesystem
