Kevin Daudt c0f43e91e4 main/libyuv: update checksums to match distfiles ...

The source is volatile, resulting in a different checksum each time the
file is downloaded.

As a temporary solution, make sure the checksum matches the file on
distfiles. This should make sure the 3.23 builders at least are able to
build it.
