Explicit list in arch= is still shorter than excluding all mips variants.
Only libunwind-6 has soft-float mips and hard-float mips support is not
available until libunwind-7.
Backported patches [1][2] that add support for
llvm-libunwind[3] on ppc64le.

docker: disable for now.
Currently we still cannot boot Alpine s390x natively yet, most usage are
running inside containers. Thus it is not likely we need Docker on s390x
for now.
