Sadly the wasm stuff still doesn't work on armhf, so keep it disabled for now.

b9caedc951 testing/firefox: disable debugging on 32-bit to lower mem usage on builders 
Right now rustc is trying to allocate more than 4GB on these arches, which fails
for obivous reasons.

My git am automatically changed the lineendings to LF instead of CRLF ones, so the
