This is an idiom I often use to debug check() failures in `abuild
rootbld`, it seems I committed this by accident and it's causing
build failures to not be recognized as such.

main/logcheck: fix documentation installation

Previously, the docs subdirectory was simply copied to usr/share/man.
Fix this by installing the relavent installation directories, and
installing the manual pages as needed. Also, the logcheck.sgml file
is docbook source for logcheck.8; added docbook2mdoc and the build
function to build the logcheck.8 manual page.

Preference is given to Qt6, which although not in
makedepends, is installed due to quazip-dev
depending on it.
If we really wanted to use Qt6, qt6-qttools-dev would
have to be additionally installed, otherwise CMake
complains about failing to find "LinguistTools".
To put it differently, first `find_package` sets
`QT_VERSION_MAJOR` to 6, then second `find_package`
attempts to find Qt6's "LinguistTools", which fails.
Explicitly set QT_VERSION_MAJOR to workaround this.
