cd7e8d0687 testing/cabal: Add armhf to architectures 
Since we have a ghc for armhf, also build cabal for that arch.

7b77f555f3 testing/cabal: new aport 
Add an initial version of cabal-install, aka the cabal package manager
for ghc.

Note this version uses bootstrap.sh, this is a temporary measure until
I can get APKBUILD files generated for ghc pkgs.
