these are fixed since 6369666f904d8965cbefa2315a54b4aac54fc359
any remaining cases are most likely 'real textrels', i.e. broken
binaries that won't run, and need more investigation

cdd3ce01ff */*: drop redundant CARGO_PROFILE_* variables, collapse newlines 
The cargo vars are now set in abuild.conf by default.

Newlines done with:

    find . -name APKBUILD -exec sed -i '/^$/N;/^\n$/D' {} \;

63ae1d955f main/apache2: fix error subpackage 
There is a directory named 'include', so this split function has to run before
that of 'dev', which collects all directories with that name.

be9c8ed89d main/apache2: Create /run folder for apache2 on install 
The directory /run/apache2 is only created when running in openrc (see
apache2.initd). When installing on a non-openrc system (e.g. docker),
this folder is missing and apache2 refuses to start.
