7ef5690120 bump testing/keepassxc to 2.4.0 
also use the release tarball rather than the archive, which gets rid of
the unsightly developer's warning in the keepass UI.

have to compile WITH_XC_KEESHARE=ON per issue documented on
<https://github.com/keepassxreboot/keepassxc/pull/2810>; should be fixed
in keepass 2.4.1
