testing/elasticsearch: fix runscript ( #5390 ) and change arch to noarch
...
* You can't "die" in runscript, it's not defined in openrc-run.
* checkpath doesn't create intermediate directories.
* Variable "builddir" is now allowed to be declared in APKBUILD.
