5dc05d65ae community/syncthing: upgrade to 0.11.25 
Also symlink source to GOPATH instead of moving it and built from
tarballs instead of git. Furthermore update the dependencies.

6dc8b5b425 community/syncthing: move from main 
golang does not provide security patches for older stable branches so we
can not provide support for 2 years for golang applications.
