Do not delete *.la files manually
...
Since abuild v2.22.0, these are removed automatically unless 'libtool'
option has been specified.

for musl build. the changes are automatically done based on previous
build log errors, so this does not guarantee successful build, but
is a required.

main/[various]: rebuild due to bad owner in package
...
Busybox got static in 3860ada6cdc107477a4de9bbc2b92d73495b66e8 causing
fakeroot to break and owners got bad in all packages built after that.
This got fixed in 7f3e98913b36d3254e0000765c9822423c0364e0 but all broken
packages needs to be rebuilt.
