Revert "main/luajit: temporarily disable on ppc64le, mips64"

This reverts commit f4638043909515f75b06c76008639fca2c67faf6.

This didn't help. It seems that ppc64le repo is not being synchronized:

    APKINDEX.tar.gz 10-Jun-2021 06:47

and mips64 too:

    APKINDEX.tar.gz 01-Jun-2021 20:15
